Mary C. Fleece CPA, CGFM, CFE, CGMA

Mary Catherine Fleece is an accounting and auditing member of Tetrick & Bartlett, PLLC. Mary joined the firm in 1990. Mary is a graduate of Lincoln High School in Shinnston, as well as, Fairmont State College/University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Mary primarily focuses on governmental and not-for-profit accounting and auditing, which frequently includes A-133 Single Audits.

Mary holds the following certifications and designations:

• CGFM (Certified Governmental Financial Manager)
• CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)
• CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant)

Mary in an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPAS), Accounting and Auditing Committee of the WVSCPAS, Peer Review Committee of the WVSCPAS, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Government Accountants. Mary is a past President of the Central Chapter of the WVSCPAS. Currently, Mary is a member of the Harrison County Parks and Recreation Board. Mary has been a speaker for various governmental accounting and auditing related topics.

Mary is very dedicated to her religion, family and career. Mary and her husband Matt and children have been life-time members of St. Ann’s Catholic Church.
